A lovely Church in Harpenden, very close to the High street. This Church has so much history . everything about this Church is beautiful, a large graveyard at the side with lovely big tress . You can walk around the whole church grounds here without restrictions. The windows are lovely also, some small and some large. Lots of doors around the church , big and small with lovely detail in the metal. At the back there is a newer part of the Church which still looks very nice and fits in well the the atmosphere of the church and grounds. Really peacful and relaxing place to sit as there is a couple of nice benches in the church grounds.

A beautiful 800 year old church with superb Norman tower and distinctive blue faced clock right in the middle of Harpenden town centre, 50 metres from the shops and parking. Go and visit to admire the serene gardens and lovely interior. Two features to spend time looking at are the fabulous stained glass window, unusually in the East face behind the Altar, and secondly, enjoy the magnificent church organ which fills the West face beyond the nave. A fine West tower is topped with a quirky octagonal battlement. Have a look at the 360 photos I have added and visit this delightful church to spend some time in peaceful contemplation.
Lovely annual service for Thanksgiving and Remembrance for lost loved ones.
