Wow, where do I even start!? I had an incredible delivery here! I am with Partners in Woman's Health and they deliver here- I picked them for this reason! Everyone was absolutely amazing! Heather, Kat and Kara-the nurses in delivery- were incredible coaches and definitely cared about me while I was in labor. Kat even counted with me and her voice was really all I heard during delivery. They came in often and checked on me and brought me and the daddy what we needed. They were quick in getting me a wheelchair and bringing me upstairs. I had my daughter at 2:50am so we ended up being in recovery for 3 full days. Every member of staff in recovery were amazing, especially the nurse Mary Jude. They sent in a pediatrician and a lactation specialist every day to help and assist with what I needed. They did the hearing test and any blood work in the room so we didn't have to be moved around. The nursery staff were incredible and were willing to watch her when we just needed a few hours of sleep. They brought me my medicine in a timely manner and any supplies I needed for healing. Thank you Baptist for making this an incredible experience! I seriously cannot say enough good things. The food wasn't half bad either which is a bonus. My only small complaint is once we were checked out, it took about an hour for them to bring a wheelchair but very small in the scheme of things. Definitely deliver your baby here!!

Love Dr. Brown, nurse Kim was great but nurse Lori seemed to have a problem with me and trying to rush me out of the hospital. She neglected to make sure my pain level was okay to leave nor did she even give me more medicine. Not only have I been in pain since before being discharged my pharmacy didn't even get my prescriptions and the doctor on call said I had to wait until tomorrow to talk to my doctor to get them sent. I'm so unhappy. Also morning shift was always loud in the hall way even though people might be resting. Please correct your mistakes.

The nurses and doctors here are rude, judgemental and have no regard for privacy. I wonder if any nurses here actually have a degree. They abused my sister and threw her into her bed and embarrassed her infront of the whole floor other families visitors seen her naked they preformed unnecessary invasive exams . Left her bleeding and neglected for 10 hours right after she delivered her baby and was not allowed to see her baby. They called cps on her because she’s not married and uses Medicaid
