A very nice church with detailed stained glass windows & a simple interior which is pleasing, not too ornate. A really impressive spire which can be spotted from the many fells around Ambleside.

Family of six on Christmas holiday .apartment next to St Mary's .All went on the Sunday to service.we were welcomed by so many nice people, also had refreshments afterwards.very enjoyable. LOVE FROM BELFAST

A great history to this place, it had also a wonderful feel about it. Cannot speak as to their churchmanship as we visited on a weekday.

Lovely church which blends in perfectly with its surroundings. Like all good churches it has a smashing peal of bells. - The church has had a bit of 're-ordering'. While it's not the worst re-ordering, it's not what you expect in this part of the country.
