Arrogant, judgemental staff which is shocking for a school of faith. Some work on people skills is seriously required. Great results on paper but it's a completely different story face to face! Clear divide between staff and parents when you'd expect everyone to work as a team. Ofsted and the diocese should look very closely on their next inspection!
