Caring people led by great priest
Beautiful Victorian parish church just above the town centre. Very good standard of worship and music: robed choir, incense and vestments are used. There is a fine organ. The Mass is the central act of worship, and all baptised Christians are warmly welcome to receive Holy Communion. Well known as a parish for the warmth of the welcome to newcomers, young or old! Weekly half hour family service. Lovely wide nave which gives it a super acoustic for concerts.
