St Margarets Bay
N/A
Arrived here this morning nice and early, wasn’t to busy which is great, we couldn’t wait to to get out of the car to explore this little hidden gem. The walk along the cliffs is beautiful and peaceful not to mention the view (please respect it) the residents were very friendly as well and when we weer due to leave we stopped off at the little ice cream stand outside the Coastal pub the gentleman who served us was friendly. Nice to know that this pandemic hasn’t dampened anyone’s spirits around St Margaret’s Bay. Shame can’t be said for London. Love hidden gem.

Such a beautiful place, well worth a visit. Great pub, good tea hut with awesome views
I just love this place. Its a hidden gem. We spent 3 days in Dover and stumbled across this beautiful place. The parking was great and its just a lovely place. The water was cold and the views are just amazing. We will be back this year summer.
Lovely place just to sit and take in the views, quiet and parking very good although I do wish that people who are not disable would stop parking in disable spots.
During the day it's peaceful. Whenever it's clear you can see the cliffs along the French coast. There's ample pay/display parking. You can also watch the ferries travelling to and from Dover. We were told Ian Fleming used to rent the white house. (There's a popular pub with its own carpark on the opposite end). A few free disabled parking spaces facing the beach are available. Public toilets nearby too. A small pebble beach and walkway the whole length. Also during summer there's a kiosk where you can get hot foods, snacks & drinks. Not sure of the winter hours. It's a very picturesque area.
