Really nice place for a bite and a pint. Hit this little gem up for brunch on a fun Saturday morning hanging out with a friend. They have lots of great options and tasty cocktails. Very very busy during the brunch hours. The Bruschetta Lox is a high point for sure. The Breakfast Beer is a must and the cinnamon roll makes a great share plate and pairs well with their coffee. The building is awesome to just sit back and enjoy a drink in. Recommend a visit.

We’ve been fans of Square One for years after moving to Lafayette Square. Now having relocated to Cape Girardeau we still go out of our way to support them throughout the pandemic. The atmosphere, food, drinks, etc are all terrific. Whether it’s an easy Sunday brunch or special occasion dinner, you can’t go wrong.
I liked this place a lot. It's cute and very quaint. I had no idea they had a patio area but they did and it was nice to sit outside especially with Covid. Ordered the seafood omelet with potatoes and an English muffin. Everything was filling and flavorful. They didn't have bottomless mimosas because of Covid? At least that's what I was told. Nevertheless food was good, atmosphere was nice, I'll be back!
Really good stouts and beer pretzels fantastic. The service (Nikki) was wonderful, knowledgeable and very attentive. Well done look forward to returning soon.
Went to Square One on a whim recently while wealking around the area. I didn’t know much prior to getting there except that it was a brewery and that I needed food, fast. My two friends and I entered through the front, a very beautifully kept bar area and opted to sit and dine outside. We ended up there just before noon on a Saturday so we only had the option of ordering from the brunch menu which was what we all had in mind anyways. Our waiter was really attentive and fast with our requests. We gulped down drinks prior to stopping in so we didn’t partake in any beverage drinking and focused on our food. I opted for the Irish Breakfast which consisted of a sweet biscuit, potato hash with corned beef and two eggs. I don’t usually eat corned beef but I wanted to give it a shot and the beef itself was a little salty for me, but again I don’t eat it usually for that very reason. I did find that there was a nice balance between the saltiness of the beef, butter from the potatoes, sweetness from the biscuit and then my eggs (over easy) just meshed well. I ended up eating my leftovers for dinner the same day with some unsalted tortilla chips. I would love to go back and get a flight or try some of their house specialty drinks and a few other food items from the menu. The ambiance alone makes me want to go back.
