I have never found the store welcoming nor the staff helpful. I keep trying too. Only go here if you need something immediately or can't get to a different store in a timely manner. Products seem to be quality, however.

It's a good yarn store. Not as much variety as I like, but what they have is nice and not overpriced. The person working tonight was very friendly and knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. So that was a plus. Bought yarn and needles and got the first 15 rows of a shawl done while sitting there. It was peaceful and just what I needed.
