I came in here for my first time donating blood and was extremely nervous. I was visibly shaking before the needle was even put in my arm. The staff members were all extremely nice and supportive, especially the guy who actually put the needle in my arm. He stayed by me the whole time to make sure I was okay. My total time in the building was a bit over an hour - I had to register in the system, get the blood drawn, and stay after for about 15 min to make sure I could safely drive home. If you're at all nervous about getting your blood drawn, definitely come to this facility and they will make it as easy and painless as possible.
Wow! Great customer service! The staff really valued both my time & my blood donation. She was concerned about me prior, during & after donating. Then I received a free gift for scheduling my next donation.
NO NEED TO SCHEDULE. A walk-in was taken before volunteers that were scheduled bumping everyone back. This upset one woman so much who I doubt if she comes back. After seeing this, NO NEED TO SCHEDULE. It is up to the volunteers, not the staff, who is next. The 4 star rating is for the great nurses that worked the event.
