I don't know about others experience and no I'm not anyone's friend or family that works at Interstate Plasma I only said that because I read a review that stated any good ratings are coming from the workers friends and or family.. anyways I've been going there for years have even had to start the process over because I would wait a while before coming back... But each time I had no problems .. Any place you go takes time depending on how many people are before you.. But if your there when donations are down then you'll be out within a hour hour and a half give it take .... Ultimately I would recommend this facility.. It may have been \ghetto\ or whatever in the past but it's not like that now ..

I was rejected due to my medication. I wasn’t made to feel bad or embarrassed about it. Handled professionally though I was a bit salty about it. Staff and environment was nice and clean. Easy to relax because the staff was laid back. Can’t comment on how procedures would have been but I think I would have returned if I was approved. They raised bonuses for the first month to 100/visit. Totally worth it if you’re approved. There’s a bus stop right out front of the building.
I've donated at 4 different places over a 10 year period. This is a really good place to donate. Yes there are bad days and bad people. Overall this is place is my top choice MOST of the time. I've never really dealt with any racism here either. Everyone gets grumpy once in awhile. I hope this helps.
I enjoy donating the people are very professional and polite.
Been going to Interstate bb for years. There is a lot of staff turnover due to low pay.there is one phlebotomist, Kameisha, who is very professional and attentive. She trains other workers, and monitors fluids. Hope they pay her what she's worth to keep her on staff!
