Wonderful people with really nice equipment. They helped me through all the steps and didn't complain about the dozen changes I made! Price was almost half what another quoted. Highly recommended. Best in the area for good reason.

These people do not return calls...emails are rude and threatening. My fiance and I had our wedding canceled due to COVID-19 and have no plans to reschedule within their \generous\ timeframe offered. We emailed and called. Nothing but threatening responses stating they would take us to court. These people kept my 800 and after telling them to stop charging my card they continued to take another 1700 because the claim the contract was non cancellable. They have not provided any service but continue to attempt to collect money. BEWARE! these guys are not worth dealing with. Stay away...be warned. update: what a very nice reply...much nicer than your coworker \Bob H. Corp Admin\. His prior emails stated that \attempts to block authorized payments will be prosecuted as a criminal violation of 720 ILCS 5/16-3 State Rental Services Law\...sounds like a threat to take me to court. My fiance attempted to cancel the agreement today. \Bob H.\ replied that the contract cannot be canceled while while in default. I will not pay you any more money for a service that you will never provide. Taking advantage of a young couple during a national pandemic is pretty lame. We didnt choose to cancel our wedding. The state/county did that for us. You and your company have added to the misery. Thanks for the nice reply but it is merely lip service to try and make us look like the bad guy. I stand by my original comments. BUYER BEWARE...this company is shady and will screw you out of money if given the opportunity.

Amerevent has provided on time, on budget delivery for multiple events the last 6 years. The selection is enormous and they have the ability to custom build special items to meet our needs. While not everything goes perfect on events, Amerevent is seldom the cause and the honor their warranty to correct any issues. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They shoot straight unlike others in the business. Recommended.

WORST TENT RENTAL COMPANY EVER! THEY RUINED OUR EVENT. TENTS ARE DAMAGED DIRTY & ARE POP UPS. THIS COMPANY RIPPED ME OFF OVER 5000! MECHANICAL BULL BROKE DOWN THE ENTIRE 5 HOURS! PLEASE BE AWARE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
