I had to bring my work truck in for service and Ryan was very accommodating. He also helped me out by letting me know where I could drop my trailer. Good guy, good place... Turned out I reviewed way too soon. I was kept at the shop for 6 hours and was lied to in the end. My invoice showed that 4 (ozs, quarts, gallons?) of DEF where put in my tank. I had to visit another Dodge dealer 120\\- miles later and my DEF tank was empty. I ended up staying at that dealership and they quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. All very straight foward with no lies told. I encouraged my employer to contest the charges. Reed knows exactly who I am and I welcome anyone from management to owners to contact me. My contact information is available on my invoice and again, I welcome any call.
