We took our dog in due to him being lethargic and seemingly in pain. We had to wait until the early evening for an appointment, ridiculous for a dog in pain. Our dog was referred to their animal hospital in Wolverhampton for a scan and x-ray and stayed overnight. We were told to collect him the following day as the scans hadn't revealed anything. We were told he was brighter. No diagnosis was given. No advice was given. No further pain relief was given to us for him just some tablets for sickness when that wasn't even the issue. I was shocked when we picked him up that he looked just as poorly. Effectively they washed their hands of him. 3 days later his condition had worsened to such an extent we made the decision to seek an alternative opinion at another vet down the road (who saw him 45 minutes after calling) They told us to stop giving him the pills from the other vet and prescribed a different course of tablets and gave painkillers. Within 36 hours the difference was amazing. The only good thing I can say about St George's is that they were extremely quick and efficient at taking our money. Their aftercare is non existent. They didn't listen or diagnosis his ailment (pancreatis), provide us with a plan of action or give any advice. A genuinely shocking and distressing experience.

Its ok
Very friendly and thorough Vet. Lots of protection and preparedness during Covid too.
The vet was very nice very easy to talk to lovely with floyd but found on both occasions the receptionist is very unpleasant she has no people skills I think in a position like that you need somebody with a nice friendly personality.
First time there and very happy with how my boy was treated and also how I was treated recommend this vets to anybody
