Wonderfully easy experience! I arrived one minute before time, and was met by a friendly member of staff as I approached the waiting room. There were 4 or 5 small tables well spaced out, with a nurse at each one. As far as I recall, there were no other patients there at the time. Warm friendly atmosphere. Nurse explained what to expect, and flu jab given speedily & skilfully. No pain. Out again within 2 minutes!

This is an exceptional service for the flu jab. I arrived a couple of minutes before my time, waited outside the door, was checked in by a friendly member of staff, and shown to my station for the flu jab. Dr Meri was lovely. The jab didn't hurt, the system worked incredibly well. It felt very easy and safe. I feel very happy with the service I received.
Recently went for a flu jab and everything was very efficient and quick. Well done St George's Surgery and thank you. I went a little earlier than my allocated time. I was greeted with a smile and told to go directly to the nurse for the jab. The nurse was friendly and snilingy, she gave me the flu jab and I was out. All less than 5 minutes.
My (carer’s) flu jab was delivered in a friendly and calm atmosphere, by my own doctor, with all stations manned by cheerful and kindly staff. I was concerned that my daughter might struggle with seeing a different doctor, but I needn’t have worried of course: she was done at the next station, by another familiar doctor, and all was well (she’s a trooper!). We have always had the best care from this surgery, where we have attended for nearly 20 years. Their kindness in treating my daughter (who has Down’s), both before and after her birth has been one of my safety blankets over the years. And they really helped with my cancer diagnosis last year. The fact that reception staff sometimes recognise my voice on the phone is astonishing, but, actually, not surprising: they are a great asset to the practice, and have helped me enormously, too. Thank you to all of you for giving us the best care. We are very grateful. And we wish you all the best possible Christmas.
Recently had Flu jab and it went perfectly and couldn’t have been better. Super quick and felt very safe with no contact with anyone else. Very well organised at a very difficult time.
