We've transferred all our pets here, (even though it's far away) after we had a problem with one of the kittens, he has been really good taken care of, the staff is amazing, they really care of your pets health, the prices are very good, and the quality of the staff is really high up. The receptionists are caring and very helpful. I highly recommend this vet, as I feel that my pets are in the right place.

Called on Wednesday 6/1/21 at 1609 and never have I ever been spoken to the way the woman spoke to me on the phone. Poor attitude, non existent phone manner and didn't have any regard for what I was trying to explain to her. I was not allowed to talk and was constantly interrupted that I almost hung up the phone. The reason I didnt is becuase I always use the llanishen branch and have done for the last 7 years and the vets are great and the ladies on the reception are always lovely and friendly towards me and my dogs, I was unfortunately on this occasion directed to pentwtyn when I called. This person needs to be sent to llanishen to learn how to conduct herself on the phone when dealing with a customers or be dealt with accordingly as she can potentially ruin your business.
