Horrible customer service. I drive a 20 yr old cadillac. Both times I've made appointments for service over a week ahead of time so they can acquire the needed parts and both time they have had me come in and sit for a minimum of 30 mins just to tell me they have to order the parts and cant fix it. This last time it was a key fob! I made an appointment and they didnt even bother to make sure they had the key fob there. Waited 30 mins to be told by Kevin \I dont order parts for every appointment I make\ my appointment was for a key fob. Why did I even go in then? And he never apologized just kept insisting thats how he does it always.

Very helpful staff and good assortment of cars. It is a best price dealership, so there are no worries of bartering. Very convenient location, and the store is very well laid out. High recommendation from me! It is one of the lesser known of the car shops in the area, and many of their cars are on cargurus.

I have only had positive experiences with Gilleland Chevrolet,Cadillac dealership. This was my initial experience after driving imports for 30 years. I will be a return customer and tell others the customer service is beyond belief and this is across all departments that I have dealt with. While they are a business I feel that they all have the philosophy that they are there to take care of us the customer. Went to look at trading in one year old Cadillac with only 17,000 miles. Wanted to trade apples to apples. Was quoted 24,000.00 to boot!!!!! How crazy, i can save for less than three years and give a way my current Cadillac and be money ahead!! Very disappointed! They did get me in for an oil change with no notice which was very nice tho!
