Very poor customer service, trying to hunt down a doctor that examined my son is like finding a lost relative. The fact that I'm hunting down a doctor that examined my son a week ago to see what the results are is pretty sad to begin with.

Been dealing with a kidney stone for many months, it's not huge, only 3mm but the pain has made my life miserable now that it is moving . They tell me I have no choice but to pass it on my own. That was months ago, I'm still having an issue. I went to the er 3 weeks ago they told me follow up with the urologist. Followed up and again, no other treatment options other than Flowmax.. they made a Tele visit call with me and then never called

Today I had an appointment for a cystoscopy with Dr. Elgin. I was terrified for this procedure and went in with extreme anxiety. I feel lucky to have had Dr. Elgin perform the procedure because he made the experience a little more tolerable by calming me down. I honestly hope to never have this procedure done again, but if needed, I would request for Dr. Elgin. P.s. - I apologize for my behavior during the procedure.

They have no respect for a patient's time. I had a 3:00pm APPOINTMENT! That they asked I show up to 15min. early. That is 2:45pm but I was early arriving at 2:30pm. I then waited until 3:50pm having seen no sign of the doctor. That is over an hour! I had kids to pick up, So I informed the staff I had no idea I was going to have to wait over an hour to see this doctor. I'm going to schedule my surgery with someone else who appreciates me as a client.

Dr. Fronteria is one of the worst urologists I've dealt with he refuses to treat his patients correctly I've had a problem with an infection ever since he has done a procedure which from what i read the type of bacteria it is only can get into your urinary tract is by being on something put in there. He refuses to treat such infection the way the national Institute of health says to and just wants to keep me coming in for uroflow tests even though the last one was fine. I guess c gets a degree. Either that or he wants you to keep coming back for nonsense to make money never will i come to miu again. This isn't the first dr here that I've had a bad experience with.
