Beautiful looking restaurant in a restored building with an elegant interior. Ma has an excellent menu that combines American-Chinese fare with more traditional dishes. There are many options to choose from, and their dim sum selections in particular offer lots of variety (I've never been able to order cuttlefish, chicken feet, or jellyfish at a restaurant before). The food is very flavourful, and can be made as spicy as you prefer. I was also impressed by how courteous and prompt all the staff were. I would have to say that Ma is one of the best restaurants in the Niagara region.

One of the best dinning experiences around. We heard about Ma's through word-of-mouth. We have not been disappointed yet! There is ample seating, a great ambiance & amazing staff. Everyone is always smiling here. We live in the Hamilton area & feel this is a great option for Dim Sum that's not located in Toronto. Tons of parking, no frustrations & it makes for a really great Family dinning experience. They have private rooms & a large venue. We go as often as we can honestly haha!
As always the food is delicious and fresh. This is our favourite Chinese restaurant and is always top quality. If you like dim sum this is the place for you. Not the mass factory made dim sum that you get in Toronto. This is freshly made to your order. Very attentive service as well. recommend
Great food. No dining in right now due to COVID-19 pandemic but we have dined in prior. Beautiful restaurant and great service.
The food here is delicious and they are very timely with bringing the food out. I love the ambiance in the place, it has a nice traditional feel to the place. The staff are also very friendly and they have spaces out the seats during these times of covid. The staff wear face masks too. I know that is a requirement but I have seen places where workers are not compliant.
