Finally got to visit the outside grounds last week after years of admiring St Barts in passing. Would love to be able to visit inside this special building thanks to those who have dedicated themselves to concealing its beauty.

Beautiful and characterful peal of 6 bells. 2.25cwt, cast in 1990 in Holland to replace a 14cwt(!!) ring of 6 from Mears, 1848.
The Roman Catholic church of St Bartholomew's Rainhill possess a light ring of six bells, cast in 1991 by Eijsbouts. The current ring has a tenor weighing 130 kg in is turned to F. Although the bells are very light, they are very easy to ring and handle well.
A regular visitor to this lovely church ..... Sunday's are traditional old -style with church bells ringing out, fantastic organ playing and choir singing too.
Long standing R.C.church originally built as a family chapel / church. Beautiful decor.
