Went to the St Aubyn Arms this evening and I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending it. The restaurant area is intimate and well laid out for social distancing. It has warm family feel. The staff were friendly and attentive and the service was excellent. The menu provided a good choice with daily additional specials and is very good value. The food was well cooked, well presented and of generous proportions. I could see what other dinners were eating and it all looked extremely tempting. I will certainly eat there again

It was fine, nothing special. Went for an evening meal and there was a good selection of drinks available, the local ale is very nice. Had a nut roast meal and it was passable, the nut roast was very nice, the veg could had done with slightly longer, and the potatoes were really not that great, but at least they were cooked. Don't make a special trip but if you're staying locally its a good place for a bite to eat.
Great pub food, lovely owners :) although fully booked, was able to squeeze us in! Really nice restaurant area. We had a starter and a main, absolutely stuffed, disappointed we couldn’t fit a dessert in! They don’t skimp on portions, so good value for money, plus they are taking part in the eat out to help out scheme.
A very nice venue. We arrived without a booking and even though the restaurant was fully booked, the proprietors made every effort to accommodate us. The food was well cooked and wholesome. We enjoyed a very pleasant visit and will probably return when we are next in the area.
A few of us had an amazing meal here. Everything was delicious from starters, to mains, to deserts. Most of us had steaks which were cooked to perfection, the place was very clean and the staff and owner really nice. The garden was also very nice and not busy with a convenient car park at the rear. We wish we would have found the place sooner during our holiday to enjoy it more but we will definitely be back when in Cornwall again.
