I took my disabled mum out for only the third time since March. I was obviously concerned over her safety due to the virus. They very kindly put us in a side booth. The food was fantastic and the service exceptional. I can highly recommend this restaurant and will certainly visit again.

Have been before and really liked it however after this visit we wouldn't go back in a hurry... The ambience while lovely was uncomfortable cool, I was glad I had a large scarf to use as a wrap. I'd asked for the bacon and cheese burger but without the bun and with salad and sweet potato fries instead. My meal came with the bun!!... Luckily it was a preference and not a dietary requirement but the beef burgers were also very dry and the plate was cold meaning the burger was far from hot. My husbands risotto was incredibly salty and not enjoyable. The best thing about the visit was my peppermint tea. As it was our daughters birthday we didn't want to complain but we wouldn't travel the distance again.
Cozy restaurant with European-style menu. It is a good place for special occasion. Little costly but every dish is wonderful. Service is the best. One of my friend got her dish late because of their issue so they didn’t take her money for that dish.
Service was great, friendly, quick. Great atmosphere, well decorated, well spaced out for the social distancing. Food was average. We ordered steaks, they were cooked almost right. It wasn't the eye striking on the plate. but it was presented ok. The Chips you could tell they had been stood for a little while. they didn't have the crisp to them as described. The steak i dont believe it was the best overall for the price. I have eaten all over the world, with pricing varying, this steak was over priced.
The rating should be higher, but our experience today wasn't as good as it could/should have been. The restaurant looks brilliant and it has a lovely atmosphere. The menu is great and our food was ok, but the service was poor, which also had a knock on effect on the food which will be a frustration to the kitchen as it could have been great. The special menu on the app conflicted with the paper menu provided, so we had to rethink our order. The restaurant must have been busy as they ran out of chicken by 1.15pm, so we had to start again. There were no table numbers used for some reason and so some of our starters were muddled up with another table. Staff did their best to sort, but were clearly confused, probably down to poor training or poor systems. Our mains sat on the pass for ages and I had to go up and ask for them, which was such a shame as food was, by then, warm at best. The food overall was tasty, but it was let down by the service, poor systems and lack of attention, which should have been better.
