Really cool place and staff are really helpful. Loads of old wood you can trim up and use in projects, and a pretty big selection of hardwood scraps. If you are looking for some well priced bespoke furniture then it's worth having a chat with them too.

I really like it. Staff are friendly and you can get good bargains. You can also get beautiful natural uncut boards for tables! I will definitely go there again!
We recently purchased a lot of different sized shelves and a desk made from scaffold wood. It was really important to us that the wood we used was sustainable so we went to visit st Alban's wood recycling to check out what they had and had an informative chat with Geoff. We then placed the order and a few weeks later collected our items. They're really lovely! Heavier than expected and praying they don't rip our paper thin walls down but they're going to look great up! Desk is in use and looks really great. Will be back next year when we renovate our bathroom and need more shelves and some bath panelling.
Brilliant place - lots of choice, some great hidden gems to rummage for and fair prices. Staff always helpful.
Karen was very helpful and helped me with everything I needed. The layout is nice and clean and they have a large selection of wood to choose from - reclaimed and live edge timbers
