Very helpful when making funeral plan 13 years ago, and checking it recently. Understanding and helpful when my mother died. At the funeral itself Jackie was perfect decorum and invisible except where she had a role in the proceedings. Gentle and efficient afterwards. We didn't feel at all hurried even though the Covid19 situation meant that timing at the crematorium was strictly limited.
