I couldn't recommend The Nutrition Link highly enough! I decided to have a package of 4 sessions with Paula and from the moment of speaking to her I felt listened to and supported. As a vegan she was incredibly accommodating and informative on my lifestyle choice and made excellent recommendations surrounding this. In our first session together she was absolutely correct in her thoughts around what was happening with my body based on symptoms which I have been battling with for over 15yrs - her thoughts were later confirmed by blood tests. I was reluctant at points to remove things from my diet - Paula was incredibly patient with me and when I finally did listen to her I have noticed such a difference in my energy levels, reduced bloating, discomfort and an improved mood. Paula is so friendly and made everything easily accessible, giving you so much knowledge, information and recipes to work with all sent out following each session. I'm so glad Paula was recommended to me and will forever be thankful that she picked up on things other professionals have missed over years - Thank you!
