A great free ruin to visit in wonderful parkland and scenic views. Old Gorhambury House is run by English heritage so more information can be found on their website.
A historic old ruin, with a long walk up a driveway to approach it. There's not much to see of interest on the way - some sheep, rabbits, squirrels. It's all very pleasant, but nothing special and it feels like a long journey on foot. No complaints, but nothing to write home about either. Probably better on a bicycle.
Surprisingly interesting I was very impressed with this church and all the installatios and displays thay have. Very well restored and preserved. Amazingly detailed stone work and would work with beautiful ceilings and stained glass windows. Definitely worth a visit.
