We have brought fish a few times from this centre, no issues with the fish, so far so good. I have noticed on the few occasions we have visited, its not the most friendly of staff and only a few of them seem to have the time to to answer questions we had. They seem to be enjoying there time with other staff members rather than deal with customers with a friendly approach.

I've been going to this fish centre for years and today I was served by a really rude and unhelpful staff member, I understand the rules with covid but the way he spoke to myself and my husband was unacceptable. I may even start going to other places due to this.

Staff were very rude, gave no fish care advice. First time visiting this shop, won't be back for a second visit. Selection of fish was good, but the staff really let the shop down. Bit more enthusiasm would be great!

The biggest Maidanhead Aquatics shop I've been to. The place is so open and the products are in their own area, big variety of fish Tropical, Marine, Pond fish. Great prices on fishtanks and pond products. I am buying there regularly as the staff are super helpful in my case and they can give you great advice in chosing what's best for your needs.
