Been a loyal customer @St Albans branch for years but now I’ve been overcharged for items and no refund in sight. After my purchase it took them 30minutes to sort out a refund which is not showing in my account. Poor service and appalling customer service to a loyal patron. Disappointed

Dreadful service. Tried click and collect which never got delivered to store. After ringing store, they simply hung up on me. Customer service took 3 days to respond. Will not shop, or use this business again.
Went in to see what was here. At first I thought things were really expensive, then I checked online and found that some stuff was cheaper than even there! I guess you get what you pay for.
UPDATE: The store has improved a lot! They are very friendly now and seem to enjoy helping people. I actually enjoy coming in here now. The music is also very calming inside the store. (My old one star review) If you come into the shop lacking knowledge about health products, the staff will let you know in a very condescending manner that you should already know everything before coming into the store. Staff at the cash register are slow, disrespectful and more focused on chatting to each other rather than working.
