I wanted the full treatment for my car and was told to bring it in early morning and collect at the end of the day. When I went to collect, my car wasn't there and I was told to come back the next morning.... I returned and found they had only washed it badly but insisted they had shampooed it. I paid and left. The car had 408 miles more than when I gave it to them and my dashcam showed they went up to Manchester and back in my car! I went back to them and asked about this but they told me to leave.
This is one of the best experiences I had in a car wash. The customer service and quality of car wash is impeccable. I would recommended anyone this car wash if you truly want a reliable, quick and quality experience.
