We needed to send some flowers to a special friend who for many years we have met up on Valentines with her late husband for lunch due to circumstances we were unable to do so, we had no idea what local florist to use as we live miles away but fortunately we chose Floral City what a beautiful bouquet of flowers was delivered to our dear friend Mandy. I have been a customer of Alicia and Floral City St Albans for approx 2 years. Firstly Alicia’s flowers or arrangements are always fresh, beautifully presented and really do represent excellent value for money. Alicia’s customer service is also second to none. She is responsive, empathetic and has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to deliver flowers quickly. During lockdown in 2020 I have asked Alicia to deliver flowers to a number of my friends as a surprise gift to “cheer them up” and her flowers have brought such joy to them and have really given them a lift when they needed it. I have no personal relationship with Alicia or her business, save for being a very satisfied customer. As someone who grew up with parents who had their own small business, I will try to support and recommend other independent, small businesses where I can. That is certainly the case here and if you are looking for flowers in the St Albans or surrounding area, I highly recommend you look no further than Floral City St Albans and it’s innovative and customer centric owner, Alicia.
