Shocked to find out that Evolve Beauty don't use sustainable palm oil in some of their products. We lose 25 orangutans a day and this company has contributed to that number and loss of life. They claim they are handmade and organic doesn't sound very organic to me!

Scammy online shop & customer service, unfortunately! I ordered a product online which proclaimed free shipping, but at checkout added 19GBP express shipping costs as the ONLY option to proceed. Customer service wasn't helpful and outright denied this. When I finally ordered I was charged 50% additionally in tax for shipping to Germany which at that point I wasn't allowed to refuse. It added 25 to my bill without any alert. Again, customer service was unfriendly and took no responsibility for not proclaiming this.
Really love every product I've tried. They leave my skin feeling amazing and the smell is divine. No nasties means no sensitive skin flare ups either. The icing on the cake is the glass jars - no plastic is a winner!
Recently started a little project to fill some treat boxes for NHS/Keyworkers during COVID. (I approached Evolve Beauty as cruelty free products is something I personally am really passionate about) Katelyn was kind enough to organise a donation of some beautiful bottles of hand/body lotions which we were thrilled with. Lacking customer service. I made a purchase and was subsequently sent a voucher code. But I felt conned by their promotion as I was unable to apply the code. I have written to Evolve Beauty Twice and I got no reply. Disappointing.
