Thanks so much to Donna and the team for such brilliant service recently. I bought a lovely scarf as a birthday present for my sister, which Donna personally hand-delivered to her door, with a hand-written note, the night before. My sister was absolutely thrilled to get such a nice surprise visit, with beautiful gift wrapping that made it all even more special. Even though we're cut off from each other at the moment, it felt like I was making a personal connection with my sister on her birthday. It's magic little touches like these that are so important and make shopping through good local independent businesses such a pleasure, unlike with certain cold, impersonal online giants I could mention! Great shop, lovely range of clothes and gifts, and excellent service. Thank you!

Had a great time on Sunday at Chloe James. Booked one of their personal shopping appointments for myself and 2 friends. We had a great time trying on their latest range of clothes. What made it an even nicer experience was that the owner Donna was on hand to give us advice and suggestions of things that would suit each of us individually. With Donna's help I tried on and bought things I would have never tried on. All 3 of us made purchases and loved this new way of shopping. Will definitely be booking another slot soon.
Chloe James is a fabulous clothes and gift shop in central St. Albans. The business owner Donna is wonderfully creative and also hosts a CJL fashion show each year plus lots of events in store. Everything I have bought from Chloe James I absolutely love and have worn a lot. They stock ethical brands and are passionate about looking after their clients. Highly recommend.
I absolutely love this gorgeous Tudor shop in the heart of St Albans! Jam-packed with fabulous finds! Donna the team are incredibly helpful, its always a pleasure popping in when I''m on the hunt for a gift or a treat for myself...!
