horrible staff, i went there during their business hours but the person was closing the office. when inquired regarding the same, he said that was his choice. such arrogant person, will never go there again. Phone calls go unanswered and upgradation of sim is chargeable as against policy, the person upfront asked me to go to any other store

Very Wrost Services. Please never go to the store. Staff behaviour is not good, Store open and closing time depending on their motive, Some arrogant and diplomatic people are their, They don’t know about any updated services, There are no parking place. Finally My suggestion is never go this store...

I call them up as my existing SIM was suspended for a reason not know to me. The Guy asked me to replace with the 4G sim with no charge. The Process was very quick and it work as promised. Was really worried thinking that the same number might not be able to retain or may be it will take a weeks time ...but it was done and processed with 1.20 minutes completely. It will be much better if the staff can communicate in English.
