Not good, in fact total waste of time. Should have known better really, as I used to be with Oswestry and that turned out a shambles so stopped using them and went elsewhere and never had a problem. But as I'm only a few miles down the road thought I would give them a go, big mistake. Finished work early to get to my appointment in time, which was Ok, tried a few pairs of frames on and took some home to try and returned them a couple of days later with my choice. It's now 6 weeks later and I was waiting to see if they bothered ringing me, but got fed up so rang them. Apparently they had failed to update my telephone number and had left messages on my old number a few times, because I need to be measured for them. Well did they not know this when I took them back with my choice of frames, and could the not have written to me. So back to the drawing board it is then.
Couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Went out of thier way to help me when i needed An emergency appointment, when no one else could see me. I couldn’t reccomend more. Very grateful for the wonderful service!
