Super helpful friendly staff who very patiently answered all my questions about plants and soil and gardening... gave us some great ideas and suggestions of what to plant at which times of year. Lovely lady at the till too. Can’t wait to come back!

Breakfast until 11.30 which helps. They have moved the cafe to an area surrounded with plants. Not surprising for a garden centre but it makes the ambience nicer. Good selection of tea and scones. Lunches are good also. See menu.

Bigger better building and the same friendly service. The restaurant/cafe is very co-vid conscious and the food is good and generous. Smart phone ordering arrangements work well if you want to use them. Not the quickest in the world but worth the wait. Four stars is my really good standard.

Took the toddler to see Father Christmas. By far the best grotto we have been to. Santa was a really sweet man, with a vast knowledge of children's cartoons and amusement parks, knowing lots of characters by name. The garden centre decorated the place outstandingly, the staff were polite and helpful and the café was clean.

What a lovely place to go. So much space and a really nice playground. Will go back after lockdown
