We went here to get Christmas items - in particular a good artificial tree. The choice was good and we came away with one that looks like the real thing. Very happy. The choice of other items was also good. We've been to this centre on many occasions throughout the year for plants. Again, the choice is good and you sometimes find plants you tend not to find in other centres. The downside is that it is often a bit more expensive. Also, considering that, it was a surprise that they didn't accept Amex. All in all, it is a really good garden centre and gift shop.

Seasonal plants and shrubs, friendly staff and very good COVID-19 protective measures in place. Christmas decorations beginning to emerge, which is lovely for the children. Always love coming here.

We got there with only an hour before closing but had a wander around and will definitely be going back with more time next time. The shop is packed full of a huge variety of things to look at. Everywhere was clearly marked to remind about 2 metre distancing. The only area we couldn't look at was the fish. I have 2 things to say - the first thing is not taking coins as payment?! I understand why stores aren't accepting cash during the pandemic I just don't agree with. But I really don't understand accepting notes but no coins?! And my second thing is the toilets. I get that it was the end of the day but The female toilets were closed so we had to use the toilet with changing facilities. There were tissues all over the floor - presumably they'd been used to turn the tap off. Anyway it was all pretty gross. I' just glad I had my own alcohol rub in my pocket so I didn't have to touch the taps, towel, soap dispenser etc.

This is a wonderful place to visit. They have a great little cafe where you can grab a cream tea or a cake before you shop. The plant selection is very very good, with a broad range of edibles, flowers and shrubbery. They also have a fascinating magnitude of other products which are very enjoyable to browse.

In these sad times of covid it was so nice to go somewhere that really makes the effort to make you feel safe. We had a lovely meal, ordered at the table using the app. Our meal and drinks arrived and the waitress had full mask and gloves on. Shopping was also easy and we could keep a safe distance. We'll worth a visit
