Brilliant service - everyone I spoke to in the shop was really helpful & it seemed that nothing was too much trouble. Was given sound advice as to which carpets would suit me best & am really pleased with the result. All the fitters were polite & got on with the job & took a real pride in the finished result. From start to finish I was kept informed & all appointments happened on time. Thanks everyone & in particular thanks to Jonathan. The prices were competitive and the customer care outstanding.

Shop always looks closed, dull, dark and brown with tacky signs. Never any staff about when you go in and always excuses that the are sort staffed... Sound like management need to listen get more staff and put lights on so we know you have not closed down, but saying that the staff are always polite, try their best to help and quality of the flooring is great. Visually would have been a one star, but staff and product make up the rest.
They laid Karndean on a large area 1 man did it on his own and were happy to leave him alone in our house The result PERFECTION No horrible edging strip even in a large curved Bay window 100% happy
Excellent service and value for money
