Decent place for a short walk. We spent an hour here on a Thursday afternoon. You can walk along the canal and around the woodland and field but there isn't much to do or see apart from that. A little busy and not very easy to social distance along the canal. Free small car park plus space on the road if it's full. Fine as a one off but better places to go.
Fantastic. Lovely walk into lymm then back again along the canal
A great place with lovely views and wonderful wildlife. Not uncommon to see a rabbit, a multitude of birds, plenty of squirrels, and occasionally water voles by the canal. Great for walking, biking, and exploring, with loads of places to discover and an intriguing history. Truly one of my favourite places in Lymm, which really is a wonderful little town.
A pleasant walk through woodland reestablished from old potato fields. You can make a decent circular walk by following the path into Lymm and returning along the canal tow path. Parking is limited and very popular with dog walkers.
