The course was very interesting and quite informative towards the Aged Care Industry. The trainer was great and had a lot of industry experience which was both insightful and humorous and allayed some fears with working the elderly and the disabled. The training guides were in some part helpful but other information could be found on Google which was a lot more thorough and explanatory. The communication between Inter Care itself and students could be better. The class size was appropriate in that it was neither too big or too small. I appreciated the fact that Inter Care arranged placement and was pleased to have been offered a variety of Care from Specialised Care to the Nursing Home.

Have just Completed cert 4 aged care at Springwood. Cannot fault the training I received from the Trainer Sam. Well done intercare for providing such an excellent trainer who goes above and beyond her duties to help everyone.

I did this course to change my career path and i am so lucky I did, we had Cath as our teacher/assessor as she helped us understand each assignment plus was always there to help when we needed it especially after our course finished with helping with my CV etc, Cath you made my decision to follow my dream a whole lot easier and I have now got the job I wanted in Community Care!! All I can say is pursuit your dream, believe in yourself and strive to be the best carer you can!!

I am pleased to work and study with Jaki Evens. She has helped me to gain more insights to work with aged and disability. She has been approachable and was able to promote group participation, as well as independent learning. When ever I had issues, I asked her and her respond was amazing. She was approachable and understanding with me and I am glad to work with her.

Overall i think the course was fantastic, very informative and i learnt a lot. it was set out very well with the books and the work load was not to much not to little so was great. Jacki was a great teacher and presented the format well so everyone could understand. I did however find some of the questions repetitive but i guess thats the way to drum the information into us.

not very well organised , poor training schedules by trainers , some of the non English speaking students were left behind as a result , poor communication , not professional ...regarding the conversation I had yesterday with a trainer this organisation is NOT what they profess to be ...some Ill-informed fool who must have spent the first hardest 5 years of her life in grade 1 just returned from holiday to demand that I send in a withdrawal form because i never attended a class i was not booked in for ,,if she bothered reading the email sent to the MANAGER she would have realised i was registered to join that class a month later ...this lead to me loosing my spot on the course ,,the poor trainer was in tears , she had the decency to call me and apologise but the fool who caused this never had the decency to call me ...how are we meant to provide a service based on principles when this person has none ...
