From Brisbane, bought a gaming desktop from Yoo's through their website. Easy to use and very clear that I can upgrade parts I want. They ship via Star Track and it was delayed for 1 day, Yang kept contacting Star Track about my shipment and updating to me about the updated delivery time, very patient and firendly. Most of orders where so fast! an order was delayed because of couriers, but customer service staff were very helpful, Chen helps to check with couriers company and the order was delivered 2 days later. 5 stars awarded as a good measure of an organisation is how they deal with exceptions.
