If I could give them no stars, I would of. I believe the manager, a lady, was extremely rude to me upon the moment I walked in and asked about her services. She didn't seem like she was in the mood to serve anyone. She angrily shooed me off to her staff member. Although her staff member, a gentleman was briefly helpful. However, I still wont recommend this Optus store for anyone who wants to be served respectfully.
