The staff at this branch go out of their way to offer excellent service. Truong and Mary-Ann are exceptional with following up any queries. They greet you as you enter and show kindness to elderly customers. Highly recommend this branch.

Non-existent service. Walked in not served it's been 15 minutes and counting.. if you want any form of big purchase loan from here forget about it. Unacceptable customer service compared to Commbank Springvale which I frequent.

I went to this branch to collect my Altitude Black Cards, I also brought all of the required documents (License, Utilities Notice, three Pay Slips with YTD totals). "Chris" from their branch gave me the run-a-round all day by getting me to get bank statements from my other bank and had the nerve to ask me to log into his computer to print statements from said other bank. I do not have the time to waste to be running around like a circus clown. I called Westpac and the Applications Team even confirmed that they had no right to refuse my payslips which were quite clearly legitimate with year-to-date totals. I even showed them my savings account to prove I had enough money (again Westpac Applications Team confirmed this was highly unnecessary). To make things worse, I have to waste even more time tomorrow to get my said cards. I DO NOT recommend this branch if you are to collect prestigious cards or if you earn a high salary as you will be treated like crap and time will be wasted on your part.
