Probably the best roast/bbq in Springvale. The meats isn't too fatty or too dry and keeps well even after a few days. I don't bother getting my roast from anywhere else these days.

A dodgy restaurant, never pay first when you try to book something. Whatever you get is not what you want. When I ask for explanation, the owner only knows how to give excuses, also no compensation. Terrible experience
The 滑蛋河so delicious, the taste is similar Malaysia style, roast duck also awesome!
Heard of Vinh Dat through a friend who said they did really good Char Kway Teow. I've tried the noodles all from a lot of places in eastern Melbourne and Vinh Dat definitely rates in the top 5. So much flavour with the right meat/noodle ratio makes it hard to give it a miss everytime I go past it. When you order it, the menu doesn't really give you a choice as to which meat so be sure to be specific when you order it. If you're not too fussy, the standard order of Char Kway Teow will be the noodles with a combination of meats, prawns and squid. At the time, the dish cost 11.50 for a very generous size.
The food just taste normal but the owner and the employees look so proud, not respecting the customer at all, such a horrible restaurant, I’ll give no second chance :(
