Absolutely loved it!! The staff are so friendly and helpful and the store is super cute. You get a small sample cup to try out all the tea flavours to see which one you like most which I think is a great idea! They have 3 different sizes and it’s very cheap a lot cheaper then normal bubble tea places and you get unlimited toppings which is fantastic. I highly recommend checking it out!!

This bubble tea location never fails to disappoint me! I am not a huge bubble tea drinker unless it is sweet (sugar loaded) and fruity! Their range of milk teas are amazing and I’ve even tried some which I would never do usually and loved it! I once took my sisters and unfortunately there was no flavours they liked so the manager made them a sparkling mango flavoured liquid so to cater for them! My sisters were over the moon and I keep coming back for more as I cannot fault the service and smiling faces of the staff! Cannot wait to come back on my next day off!
Amazing tea! Excellent customer service, the young lady who served us allowed me to have a taste test of all the tea flavours so that I could choose the one I really want. For the one price and a buffet style of toppings and teas, your creative ideas are endless. Best experience I've had with bubble tea. Flavours of all the teas were epic! I'll be back.
My friends and I love the concept and when in the area, we can't help but go get one each. The toppings are, of course, the highlight but the teas are also delicious! I especially enjoy the grapefruit tea and earl grey brown sugar milk tea. The staff are always very welcoming and nice. We visited on 16/4/21 in the afternoon, and the staff serving us were very sweet and helpful. It seemed unfair and unprofessional when a gentlemen who seemed like the owner walked in and started questioning their work ethic right there and then and then proceeded to watch them and subsequently us, the customers. It was not the most comfortable experience. Regardless, I will keep returning, and I do hope that the staff are treated well.
Put in as many toppings as you want. Enjoyed the flavours and people were nice. Have come back multiple times.
Love the concept of making my own bubble tea and unlimited toppings!! Unique and creative, I'm no longer a fan of the typical standard BBT. This shop also gave a great friendly service, even have sample cups to taste the teas. Flavours of the teas is perfect. So lucky to have such an idea in Melbourne itself, even better is its so close to home! Have been returning to this shop regularly as never fails us! Keep it up!
I've been a regular at tea and topping since day one of opening and its the best bubble tea in the south east in terms of quality, flavour and value for money! I would recommend to anyone to try their amazing wide range of milk teas and heaps of toppings to choose from. Their customer service always make you feel welcomed and the vibe very chilled out. The owner of the place is a very nice guy and thats the only place i get my bubble tea from!
Amazing! Super delicious tea! Lady was incredibly nice and how your allowed to choose your own flavours and own topics was great! Thai tea and the taro were both delicious! I wish there was a soy option, since I’m lactose intolerant, but overall it was a great experience! Next time I’m in Springvale, I’ll definitely get more :D
