Worst Customer Service staff ever I had faced. I just ask one of the customer staff for water and she was very furious on me Secondly she told me to rinse water fountain the water fountain is not at all cleaned and not even toilet. This is very worst.

Place needs a toilet. Otherwise not too crowded and easy access to buses right outside.
Catch train to city, cranbourne and pakenham. Buses for route 813, 902 and 814 Transport not available 24hrs Shaded waiting area available with departure boards. It is wheelchair accessible

I never experienced the worst customer service until I came to Springvale station. The women was looking and talking at me angrily even though I was just asking some questions
Nice new station and platform well protected from bad weather - but keeping the toilets cleaner is obviously a problem
It's good when it rains as it is underground but the toilets are very dirty.
