I had a fantastic experience with Snooze. Peter especially was amazing, helping me to find the right mattress. The delivery was great, didn’t have to wait too long and the guys were fantastic. Overall I’d 100% recommend Snooze. Thanks guys

Had the worst experience in getting things delivered. We bought a bed, bed frame along with the headboard and was promised delivery within the next week. There was no delivery and we called up to get an update. Was promised delivery following week and again no update. After calling multiple times managed to get delivery planned for Saturday. The delivery guys asked for extra charges to deliver which wasn't what they promised while buying. We had to call a few times to get this issue sorted. On delivery day didn't get the headboard as delivery guys missed to pick it up and was promised it would be delivered on next Monday. But there was no delivery or call; on calling up on Wednesday they said they are fully booked for the week and even a refund is not possible without cancellation charges. While selling they will promise a lot of things, but things change once the payment is done. The store customer service while buying is good, but it ends there.

Be there to shop for mattress. The guy in Green T-shirt uniform is not friendly. He talks to us in a really arrogant way. We are interested in Sealy elevate Mattress and he said they are the only store who sells them. It is obvious not true as we found a few stores have them. He didn't listen to us at all. We lost our patience and decided to leave. And he said thanks to be rude. It is ridiculous, you are the one who is rude. We bought the same brand mattress in Harvey Norman at the end and enjoyed really good service. You are losing customers to treat people in that way.
