Hi Kim & Smart Shutters’ technicians. Thank you for installing 12 of roller shutters to my house. I really love it. To be honest, I haven’t thought of roller shutters when I had the first house in Australia. At that time, I’d like to have blinds only to cover the windows. Luckily, my friend recommends your company to me. After visiting your showroom, talking to you & young lady there, explaining to me the difference between roller blinds and roller shutters and the benefits of roller shutters, I decided to do the roller shutters. I’m really satisfied with your products and the way your guys installed roller shutters (is it professional? of course, yes!). I recognize that my house, especially my room, is warmer (I think that I’ll save the energy bill this month hihihi ). We feel a peace of mind now. I’d love to recommend you to my colleague and my relative as well. We have some of the windows not to be installed roller shutters, once we have a budget, I'll think of your company first. if there's a negative rating available I would have opted for that. Overpromises but underdelivered. A very very very disappointed customer. Don't get their service!
They installed a front bedroom roller shutter for me. I find the people who did the work are not very professional at their jobs. Shutter is not levelled, covering box were dented, paints got chipped off from edges also bottom of both side structs/rails.

We had 7 roller shutters installed by Smart Shutters in September. All of our dealings with this company have been of the highest standard. Kim provided us with a competitive quote and was prepared to organise the colour of the shutters to match the paint colour of our house. None of the other 2 companies that provided us with quotes were prepared to do that. The installers did an excellent job and were ready to answer any questions we asked. The electricians came a few days later to complete the connection. The office staff were efficient and obliging. Thank you all at Smart Shutters for a job well done.
