My dishwasher, turned itself off with an error code and leaked last 3 times we used it and over filled which left our kitchen floor covered in water. Technician came out, wouldnt listen and kept talking over me. Could barely understand him. Charged over 100 for him to tell me "close the door properly it works fine", then proceeded to show me how to close the door!. Closing the door had nothing to do with it over filling and leaking through the gap that is under the door! Kept asking has he checked the part, just kept saying its not leaking. Even showed him a video of it doing it! Charged that much to sit on his phone for half an hour watching the cycle go with just water, didnt check the part. Said if happens again to re book. No chance! Guy on the phone was more helpful.

I highly recommend RQ Electronics. Super friendly and very helpful! I had an issue with a Samsung fridge and they were able to get the work done under warranty and I did not expect that to happen. The service tech came out the next day and had it fixed in a half hour. Couldn't have asked for more. Amazing experience.

Initially I was put off by the unprofessional manner in which the phone was answered and the way I was spoken too, but Samsung have them recommended as a 'preferred repairer' so I went with it. Was told by the owner that a technician would call me and we should be able to book something before the long weekend. That weekend came and went and I figured they were already busy and couldn't make a time. The week then went by with nothing and I called the owner yet again to be told that the technician would contact me... again. The technician called to make a time with less than 24 hours notice, spent about 10 minutes or less looking at the fridge and advised that a part would need to be ordered. After almost another week, my wife called only to be patronised by the owner as 'sweetheart' and 'darling', the technician books another time with less than 24 hours notice again and then just when I think the fridge will be fixed, he says there's a gas leak and the whole fridge will need to be replaced. Why couldn't he figure that out the first time he looked at it? I've been about a month without a fridge now and have been entirely put off by the ineptitude and unprofessionalism of this company. Would certainly never use them again and I'm glad I didn't end up having to give them any money.
