Service from Natalia was atrocious. Has no clue on customer service. An insult to Repco. Having paid for and awaiting receipt of spark plugs as they were not in stock at this store, I paid for them on the 29/03/21. Being able to make enough time today, the 10/04/21 I entered the Repco Springvale branch to at approximate 3.00pm to enquire on my purchase. I would think that a mere record ownership of this transaction would be sufficient in this purpose. However, at the checkout was a female (wearing no name tag on her) who was absolutely rude saying that if I got something to show i can get it or if not she’s sorry. Just ignored me there on went on getting about her business at the counter while I tried to find some proof of transaction. I was there for a good 20 minutes allowing other customers to check out while this female went in and out of the counter.

Served by Josh who was super knowledgeable about wiper blade replacements, and was patient and took time to talk me through gow to change them over. Excellent Customer Service!
I don't even know and how are these people working there are employed by Repco!!! Went in the store today and not a single staff greet me there, just completely ignored me, looks like the staff hate their life's and when I went to the checkout waiting there for 5mins no bloody workers were at the checkout until I raised my voice "is the store dead", until the male worker came and told of the female staff, saying nobody at the checkout..... pffftttttt

Staff is very rude and unfriendly. Natalia is a worst staff i ever seen in my whole life. Her behaviour is really unacceptable. I cannot under How Repco hiring this type of staff so horrible.
