After their city store closed many years ago, finally they open one in Springvale. Their coffee bun is a must buy. Super authentic Malaysian flavor. It is crunchy outside and soft inside. The butter inside just melt in your mouth when eat it warm. Definitely worth a drive to get there. This shop not only sell their famous coffee bun, but also sell other Malaysian food and drinks. This shop located outside shopping centre. It is walking distance to train station and bus stop. Car parking nearby and in front. Very convenient. Price is a reasonable, but not cheap. Best to buy paparoti with available deal if possible. They also have dine in option as well as takeaway. Dine in table is limited inside and outside.

Situated directly opposite Springvale Shopping Centre (literally), this is my favourite place to grab some treats when I do my shopping in Springvale. The teh tarik is one of the best (cold AND hot) and also good value for money (compared to most other places where the serve size is smaller). I like that they take time to brew the tea and it’s not from a 3-in-1 pack. Hubby likes the coffee buns; they do smell amazing and inviting and they are soft and fluffy (best eaten hot/warm). I occasionally grab the tau fu fah and nasi lemak bungkus (ikan bilis only). The food is not exactly gourmet but for the price they charge it’s good enough to satisfy my cravings for a taste of home (I do find it more worth it than paying 20 at a certain other franchise chain) I also like that the sambal is not sugary sweet; it’s more on the salty side. I usually just grab and go but they have table seatings if you want to eat in. They do sell other Malaysian foods too (check out the pin-ups around the walls or the display fridge as you walk in). The ladies who work there have always been friendly; never had issues with service.

First time I've ever been here, visiting from Sydney and was going to go for Bubble Tea but instead went to have Paparoti coffee bun and Signature Iced Coffee, my had the Cold Terek tea. The bun was hot off the oven and oh so good!!! The iced coffee and tea hit the spot! Loved it. Can you come to Sydney. The young girls serving us were so friendly and kind, obviously a family business doing it right in Springvale!

Authentic tasty Malaysian food. Love the Nasi Lemak & Buns. Ample car parking available. Stone throw away from Springvale train station with more than ten bus routes in the vicinity. Chicken rice, Mee Siam, Mee Goreng, Glutinous Rice, Lor Bak and authentic Bah Zhang Dumplings to satisfy all your gastronomic fantasies with Malaysia. Situated nearby two big malls so you can do some retail therapies after your meals.

A little far and doesn't quite hit the spot for me. (The ones in Manila have crispy sides that are absolutely yum!) But still a good coffee bun.
