Nandos on Springvale road. There was a lovely young lady working on Thursday 13th of May I believe around 2pm or so. Her customer service was exceptional. Our table was wobbly and she came over to help us fix it up and asked us how our meals were a couple times. She had a very friendly face, was very considerate with a great attitude. Keep finding people like this!

I ordered through Uber eat, but what was the matter with the 1 hour wait? I would like to ask if all the staff in the store, including the branch manager, can eat this. What you do is horrible I lost my money to buy But what can be more than a beggar has eaten I want to know how you will be responsible for this.
My friend and I stopped for a quick meal after work. Good service, good food, and clean premises.
I try to order online to avoid the rush especially as I don't eat in as much. Can't really comment on their burnt chicken fiasco as I come in for the pretender burger and peri-peri chips and they're usually pretty decent (though sometimes I have to add my own peri peri salt because it's not coated enough). There's a good amount of parking but it's supposed to be one-way from Springvale Rd so sometimes you have issues with driving in and someone else is heading your way when they're not supposed to.
Good chicken, good prices and customer service was really nice.
Food was fresh and service was good, but I ate in store so maybe that's why.
Ordered a whole chicken with 1 large side, lemon herb flavour. Waited almost 20mins and to make matters worse.. Its not even lemon herb but charcoaled. They gave me extra sauces but its medium heat. Totally not worth the wait or the money spent. Couldn't take it back as this isnt my local and i only discovered this as i got home.
This was terrible. I literally waited half an hour and you weren't even busy. For burned chicken and salad that doesn't have any dressing. How can you serve this to people honestly...
